Free First Sunday: Mystery of the Heart of the Heart-Shaped locket presentation and book signing

Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin invites the public to attend Free First Sunday at Louisiana’s Old State Capitol on Sunday, February 6 from 2-4 P.M. This month’s event will feature a presentation and book signing by author Rannah Gray with Madelyn and Katherine Tom.

Gray is the author of Mystery of the Heart-Shaped Locket, a magical story about twin sisters who discover a heart-shaped locket that holds the secrets of an important figure in Louisiana history. The story follows the sisters as they use clues to find its rightful owners while learning about the legend and history of the Red Stick. Gray will share her thoughts on the writing process from developing the story to publication. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.

Admission is free and the museum is open to the public.
