Louisiana's Greatest Generation America's Last Constitutional Convention

E.L. “Bubba” Henry was one of the" young turks" who helped blaze the trail for a constitutional convention to rewrite and streamline the state’s bloated constitution. Henry will speak about his book, CC73 Louisiana's Greatest Generation, the Last Constitution. Join us at the Louisiana State Archives to hear Henry's story of how a Cajun governor, a country chairman and bands of reformers and rebels crafted a new constitution. Orders can be placed for the book, which will be published this summer.
